Q1: Do you have Quality inspection certificate?
Special inspection certification can be provided according to your requirement,
Q2: What should I provide if I want my own printing?
A: Usually you can provide us information either the two ways listed below:
1. packaging picture can be sent for our reference.
2. layout or 3D drawing of printing or design.
Q3: Can you provide free samples?
A: Samples are free for our cooperated customers,of course provide free samples to our new customer which freight needs to be paid,will return freight after signed sales contract.
Q4: Can you help us customized molds 100% same with our drawing and sample?
A: We need to make new molds for your own size, and this will cause tooling cost but it can be refunded after order qty reach a certain qty what we required.
Q5: Can you provide chucks?
A: Almost all chucks can be provided free of charge, and special chuck can be communicated separately.
Q6: Can you provide customized printing and coating?
A: Yes, printing and coating customization are available; printing samples , provided before ordering available.

FAQs for Shipment
Q1: How are the goods delivered to me? What is your term of delivery?
A：For small quantity,could use DHL/Fedex/TNT to send to you;for big quantity,we suggest sea shipment delivery. For any urgent goods,you could choose air transport.
FOB/CIF/CFR are our normal delivery term.
Q2: How long is the production time?
A: 5 days ready for shipment if stock available; 20 to 35days for new production orders depending on your quantity.
Q3: Can we have our special packing and label?
A: Customized packing method and label details are accepted; Our normal + packing by brown bags or cartons, fixed on fumigation wooden pallets.
Q4: Can we inspect goods before shipment?
A:Yes,pictures of products,packing and loading will be provided each shipment. Besides,we welcome inspection by your own people or Third Party Inspection Company.
Q5: Do you work with long-term or yearly contract?
A: Yes,we welcome long term contract including 6 months or 1 year period,we can fix price and arrange partial shipment according to your requirements.
